Tea House Lofts, Norwalk CT

Mixed use project that included the conversion of an existIng 3 story warehouse into a 174 space parking garage.  There are 98 apartments and 8,500 SF of retail space.   The roof of the garage was transformed into a shared recreation space.

Baypointe, Stamford CT

A development on Stamford harbor with 109 apartments and 168 parking spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor club rooms as well as a pool that overlooks the water.  

Glenview House, Stamford CT

Mixed use project with 146 apartments over a two-level garage with 308 parking spaces.  Ground level on the Post Road  has a 15,000 SF retail space with a dedicated covered parking area.

Quincy Lofts, Norwalk CT

A 69 unit apartment development with 87 parking spaces in a partial basement.  First floor apartments have stoops to the street and the top floor units have lofts and private terraces with some having views of Long Island Sound.

Mill River House, Stamford CT

Redevelopment of a former auto dealership into 92 condominiums over a 138 space garage. The design successfully addressed Urban Redevelopment Commission  concerns as well as flood plain requirements.
